Park Na Rae finally opened up about Kian84's past bullying controversy.
On August 13, Park Na Rae invited Kian84 to her YouTube channel show 'Na-rae Sik' and prepared him a meal. During the latest episode, the two sat down for another heart-to-heart talk, updating fans about their lives and their friendship.
Before Kian84 arrived, Na Rae shared that she had received requests from viewers to invite Kian. She shared, "My subscribers talked about him, my other guests mentioned him. And even my mom has talked about him." She showed her affection for Kian, saying, "I want to prepare a meal that Kian Oppa likes the best, and also I want to make something he can take home."
During the show, Kian84 also expressed his affection and gratitude toward Na Rae and shared, "I'm always thankful to Na Rae. She's not calculative. She's always like a grandma. She's always giving." He elaborated, "I always expressed that I like motherly women, but Na Rae, you go beyond that. You're like your grandma. You're more comforting than a mom. I cherish you very much."
At one point, Park Na Rae brought about their past, when they became awkward with each other. She began by sharing, "You might not like me talking about this, but when you had that bullying controversy. (Before that) We were getting along so well, yet people talked about it (negatively) like that, and it made things awkward between us."
Kian84 replied, "It wasn't bullying. What bullying?" to which Park Na Rae replied, "I knew there were articles about it, so we both became more cautious around each other, and I really hated that. Because nothing was different between us."
Park Na Rae also cleared the air about rumors of the two dating. She bluntly asked, "Oppa, did we have a thing?" to which Kian84 replied, "When people asked, 'Could you date Na Rae?' I'd say 'Well, yeah, I could date her.' That kind of vibe." Na Rae continued, "And then there's the question, is our relationship doing well now or not? Is there a possibility between us or not?" Kian84 candidly responded, "We are doing well. But there's no possibility."
Park Na Rae wrapped up with laughter, saying, "This whole conversation has basically cleared up all the rumors floating around on YouTube. So many people are interested in this stuff."
