Kai still unable to fully participate in EXO's concert due to injury

It seems Kai's injury is more serious than people may have originally thought. 

The injury has partially indisposed Kai, and on July 28, SM relayed the unfortunate news that the idol will not be fully performing for the remainder of EXO's concerts. 

The label wrote, "We want to give notice to all the fans who have been supportive of 'EXO Planet #3 The EXO'rDIUM.' Due to an ankle injury EXO member Kai suffered during the first week of the concert, he will be unable to fully perform on stage for the second week of concerts. We ask for your understanding and that you will wish Kai a speedy recovery."

Kai had injured his sprained his ankle during the concert which was held last week at Seoul's Olympic Gymnastics Arena, preventing him from standing on stage. The idol received treatment after the concert but unfortunately, he has yet to recover fully. As for the remaining shows, he only plans to stand on stage for parts of the performances.
