South Korea has been experiencing torrential downpours and flood scares recently, and it seems Hyunseung's comments on Instagram has upset some people. Hyunseung posted a screencap of two of the nationwide emergency texts along with the message, "I'm wide awake now. Wow. I'm so happy. Hahahahaha."
