South Korea has been experiencing torrential downpours and flood scares recently, and it seems Hyunseung's comments on Instagram has upset some people. Hyunseung posted a screencap of two of the nationwide emergency texts along with the message, "I'm wide awake now. Wow. I'm so happy. Hahahahaha."
Some netizens responded negatively to his SNS post, commenting, "Even if you think like this, you shouldn't have posted it online," "These texts are sent to ensure the safety of citizens, and you're complaining that it's noisy and it woke you up," "He has no brain," "I bet he'd whine if he woke up from a text alerting him of a war too," and more.
