On July 18, 5urprise's Gong Myung was one of the guests on KBS2's 'Hello Counselor'.
One female high school student who sent in her story for this episode touched everyone in the panel and in the audience with her difficulties. A senior in high school, she told the audience how she's working part time in multiple jobs to support her father, who recently got divorced with her mother. Her father is too busy going out every night and having fun, even taking money from his daughter to go play screen golf.
Unable to hide his disdain, Gong Myung shed tears, saying, "She's the age for needing to be loved the most but she isn't being loved as much as she deserves it."
Some of the audience members in term showed tears at the high school student's story, ultimately giving her the 1st place on the episode.
