The actress's agency S.A.L.T. Entertainment informed Star News on June 21, "Park Shin Hye picked up basic to difficult action stunts by attending action school regularly during filming."

Park Shin Hye's passion for her work was duly noted by the people who worked with her for the drama including Oh Choong Hwan, the producer of the drama, and her co-star Kim Rae Won. Oh relayed, "We would film action scenes for 12 hours and she did them without a body double. You will be shocked when you watch the drama," while Kim Rae Won said, "Her high kick was something to behold. One time her leg went over my head. Recently Producer Oh told me that Park Shin Hye did the tumbling and kicking scene without a body double and I was so surprised [to hear that]."
Park Shin Hye not only learned stunts for 'Doctors' but she also gained some knowledge of operating room procedures. An insider stated, "In order to represent a realistic surgical operating scene [in the drama], Park Shin Hye observed the scene [of operation] and received guidance from a professor. Thee operating scenes will show up soon in the drama so please look forward to it."
