MBK Entertainment has denied Hyomin is in a relationship.
Despite a report just a few moments ago that Hyomin was dating baseball player Kang Jung Ho, her label has denied the report, saying, "We saw the report. It's true that she texted him often during Kang Jung Ho's injury, but they are just good oppa-dongsaeng and not dating. It's also true that she threw the first pitch because she's close with him, but they didn't meet up afterward because they were both busy."

MBK Entertainment seems to be denying all claims of the previous report. Either way, it's good that Kang Jung Ho has a close friend in Hyomin!
