Dongho appeared on SBS's informational program, 'One Night of TV Entertainment,' on November 4 to personally speak on broadcast about his pending marriage, which has become quite the controversial topic.

He said, "We were on the same page about wanting to marry early. She is one year older than me, but compared to her age, my bride-to-be is very mature, and we were able to converse a lot as adults," continuing to compliment her by revealing she is a talented artist and both kind and pretty.
He asserted, "It is not a shotgun wedding. We will live diligently," then said toward his wife through the camera, "Let's work hard at married life. I love you."
