Former girl group Jewelry had its fair share of member changes over the course of their 14 year run, and former member Lee Ji Hyun recently talked about the real reason she left the group.
In the June 5 episode of MBC's 'Quiz to Change the World - Finding Friends' the MC's stated, "There was a rumor that you left Jewelry because of discord with a past member."
Lee Ji Hyun explained, "It wasn't because of discord but I left because I wanted a break."
She added, "I didn't debut through Jewelry but I first debuted through a multinational group called Circle. After I finished promotions with Circle, in a tired state I joined Jewelry. I felt like I needed a break and so I left Jewelry, but it seems people thought it was because of conflict."
