Hong Jong Hyun gave Girl's Day's Yura a surprise birthday party on the November 22 installment of 'We Got Married'.
As soon as the couple met up, Hong Jong Hyun took Yura to a BBQ restaurant, remembering that she mentioned she loved beef. The idol star was happy with the gesture and chowed down happily, but she didn't know that her onscreen husband had something prepared for her 23rd birthday (international age: 22). The surprise didn't end there as Hong Jong Hyun used the bathroom as an excuse to return with a birthday cake.
He also presented her with a puffy jacket to help her fight off the coming winter and sang her the "Happy Birthday" song. Yura said during her solo interview, "I was so happy I couldn't express it in words. I wondered when he had the time to prepare it all. It was the best present."
