Actress Lee Da In has called out musician MC Mong for "causing a scene".
Previously on September 3 KST, MC Mong posted a photo on his SNS account of him posing with Lee Seung Gi, Lee Da In, Lee Yoo Bi, and Cha Ga Won, co-founder of ONE HUNDRED. Without much explanation, the musician wrote, "BAM".
When the photo began creating a buzz among media outlets, seemingly pointing to the friendship between MC Mong and Lee Seung Gi, Lee Da In took to her SNS to reveal that the photo was taken more than a year ago.
She wrote, "Why is he causing a scene by posting a photo that's more than a year old?". According to Lee Da In, the photo in question was taken on July 18, 2024, just a few months after Lee Seung Gi decided to sign an exclusive contract with Big Planet Made Entertainment, which had become a subsidiary of ONE HUNDRED by late 2023.
Meanwhile, Lee Seung Gi and Lee Da In married in 2023 and welcomed a baby daughter in February of 2024. Then, in April of this year, the couple announced their decision to cut ties with Lee Da In's family following an indictment against Lee Da In's stepfather, 'A', for stock manipulation and fraud.
