Former KARA member Nicole updates with new dance practice video

Nicole uploaded a screenshot from her latest dance practice video onto Instagram on May 16, updating fans on what she's been up to since her departure from KARA.  It appears she is engaged in intense dance training as she shows off her sexy moves in different choreographies.

She wrote, "It finally was posted up! Thank you to @luamky for directing this video && teaching me how to be FEARLESS. Also to @markcruz17 for putting so much time&effort into shooting and editing this video."
