Fans do all sorts of things for their idol's birthday, from donations, planting trees to volunteer work. For IU's 21st birthday, fans decided to do something rather unique by donating blood.
One Hundred IU fans got together to donate blood to help children with cancer. They placed IU's name with the receipt they received after donating, and they even got a certificate of gratitude for donating blood under IU's name.
One of the donators said, "On a very special day, we're very happy to be able to do a good deed under the name of someone who is precious to us. We are happy to be IU's fans. Happy birthday."
