MBC's new mini-series '7th Grade Civil Servant' started off with a solid rating of 12.7% for its premiere.
According to AGB Nielson Media Research, the January 23rd broadcast of '7th Grade Civil Servant' achieved a 12.7% viewer rating nationally and an even higher 14.6% viewer rating in the Seoul metropolitan areas.
Meanwhile, KBS 2TV's 'Jeon Woo Chi' remained #1 for its time slot with a 13.6% viewer rating. However in the ratings calculated based on each region, '7th Grade Civil Servant' achieved 1.0% higher in ratings in some areas. SBS' 'The Great Seer' trailed behind both drama with a 9.6% viewer rating.
'7th Grade Civil Servant' is a romantic comedy about the love and hate relationship between two secret agents starring Joo Won, Choi Kang Hee, and 2PM's Chansung just to name a few.
