Singer IU confessed her honest feelings about her trademark 3 octave high note.
IU was a guest on the September 20th episode of KBS 2TV's 'Happy Together 3'. When asked about the 3 octave high note from her song "Good Day", she admitted that although she was happy that it made her well known to everyone, it has actually been a heavy burden for her because everyone expects to hear it from her.
Thankfully, her voice has never broken during the 3 octave high note, but she surprised everyone by revealing that the 3 octave high note felt like chains that would attach to her forever because she had to perform it at every performance.
