When asked, "Your parents live in a home that rents for $300/month, did you want to do anything for them?", he replied, "From the moment I applied for the audition program, I was determined to donate at least half to charity no matter what if I won.� After I did win, a lot of reporters came up to me and asked if I really did and whether I regretted it.� I confidently told them that I don't regret it at all, nor am I upset about having to part ways with that money."
