2AM's Seulong recently uploaded a picture of himself working out to maintain his chocolate abs.
On December 23rd, Seulong tweeted, "The black-muscle-tops-and-pants brothers. We got together separately, but our clothes were all exactly the same. Seulong doing a scene from 'Once Upon a Time in High School: The Spirit of Jeet Kune Do'."
In the photo, you can see 2AM's Changmin and 2PM's Chansung posing for the camera, while Seulong is working hard on his exercise as he grabs hold of the seat while flying his whole lower body into the air.
Meanwhile, 2AM are currently preparing for their first independent concert, to be held on Christmas Eve.
