Many fans must have been wondering about the court's decision for the fight case. It was revealed today that Kangin's indictment was suspended. To put it simply, the crown attorney of this case decided to not prosecute him for it. It still stays on the record and will be used against him in the future if he gets charged. Basically, if he gets charged for another crime, his punishment will increase for causing trouble way too many times. This means that Kangin is off the hook for the bar fight but his punishment for hit-and-run will most likely increase because he was not punished for the fight.
