YG Entertainment denied the recent rumors regarding Big Bang's military enlistment.
On May 31, various media outlets reported that Big Bang are considering completing their mandatory service around the same period in order to reduce the length of their hiatus. However, YGE soon responded to the rumors with strong denial.
Yang Hyun Suk even stated to OSEN, "Throughout these past 10 year with Big Bang, we have never discussed any plans to enlist during the same time period." He added, "We are planning to take legal actions against the rumors."
In addition, another YG representative said, "Big Bang's oldest member T.O.P. will enlist first, and then other members will follow one by one. In fact, G-Dragon and Taeyang are preparing solo albums for next year."
Overall, Big Bang are actually planning to carry out their promotions without a hiatus in subunits and as solo. VIPs might not be able to see Big Bang as a whole for a while, but they will still be able to see the members individually or in units!
