Though Ailee wasn't feeling her best due to her recent injury and diet, the singer was all positive energy at her 'VIVID' album showcase held September 30 at Yes25 MUV Hall in Seoul!

Ailee gave the best performance of her new track "Mind Your Own Business" during the showcase, even though she was sitting down due to her fractured foot.

After the performance, Ailee told the audience, "It's my first full-length album but it's regretful that I can't show you everything that I prepared because of my injury. I'm really sorry towards the fans. They were probably awaiting with high expectations so I prepared for my comeback even like this to not disappoint them. The album was delayed and because of my desire to meet my fans sooner, I made my comeback [as planned]. I'm a singer anyway, so I came back to let everyone hear my singing. Please look on me kindly."

Unfortunately enough, her foot injury wasn't the only thing that put a slight damper on Ailee's comeback. The singer admitted that because of her diet, she lost some strength in her vocals.

She said, "I was clearly lacking a lot of strength when I was controlling my diet. It took a toll on my voice. It's become thinner. Only I could tell the small changes in my vocals like that. People said there were no changes but I had a hard time, so I started exercising [to regain stamina]. But three weeks after, I ended up fracturing my foot. I think keeping up your physique is important because to sing well you need to be healthy," emphasizing the need for regular exercise.

Please take care! As a singer your voice is more important than anything else. :)

That's probably because she suddenly dropped so much weight at a very short period of time. Sighs.
