New stills of Lee Jun Ki from the set of upcoming MBC's 'Scholar Who Walks the Night' have been released, rousing much curiosity about this new fantasy melodrama.

The seasoned actor will be taking on the role of Kim Sung Yeol, a vampire hunk/scholar encompassing beauty of an otherworldly kind. Staff members couldn't help but marvel at the actor's effortless ability to transform into a vampire, expressing a medley of complicated emotions ranging from despair, anguish, grief, to confusion. Lee Jun Ki didn't just use his face; he put his entire body into the scene that shows him transforming into a blood-sucking fiend, writhing his body in a manner that had everyone believe that he really turned into a creature of the night. 

A representative from the crew of 'Scholar Who Walks the Night' urged viewers to find out for themselves the story behind how and why Lee Jun Ki's character turned into a vampire when the show airs in July.
