Actress Kim So Hyun took to social media to celebrate her 17th debut anniversary.

Kim So Hyun began acting at the age of seven, and officially made her debut through the period drama ‘Hometown Legends’ in 2008. At a young age, she exploded into stardom with her doll-like features and impressive acting chops, being labelled as one of the “Nation’s Little Sister” and “Nation’s First Love.” For her performance in multiple acclaimed period “sageuk” dramas, she is also acknowledged as an actress adept at pulling off historical acting.
Known for works like ‘Moon Embracing the Sun,’ ‘Who Are You: School 2015,’ ‘Pure Love,’ and ‘River Where the Moon Rises’, she has had a consistently prolific career with persisting popularity, boosted by her versatility and clean reputation.
Most recently, she starred in the 2025 hit action-comedy drama ‘Good Boy’, co-starring Park Bo Gum, where she played a national athlete who becomes a police officer and subsequently fights against a world where unscrupulousness and foul play is rampant.
