100% show off their chocolate abs on 'Weekly Idol'

100% had more than just variety skills to show off on the latest episode of 'Weekly Idol'.

The boys were featured on the June 12 installment of the show where they talked about working out. The boys said, "We work out recently, so we're confident of our bodies." Of course, this comment couldn't just be left alone! The MCs made Sanghoon show off his washboard abs, and then tried to get Minwoo to pull his shirt up, too!

Minwoo was hesitant at first, saying, "I ate a lot of peppers and drank a lot of water before... ". The MCs gave him a hand by 'massaging' his stomach by slapping his stomach, and Minwoo finally pulled his shirt up to reveal his flawless body! Jonghwan also did the same, as did Rokhyun.
