Jo Jung Chi wrote a heartfelt letter to his real-life girlfriend and 'We Got Married' wife Jung In.
On the May 11th show, Jo Jung Chi decided to cheer up Jung In after she was diagnosed with a hyperactive thyroid. The couple went on a rickshaw date, and afterwards, he suddenly surprised her with the letter, making her shed tears of happiness.
The 'We Got Married' producers asked him to read the letter out loud. He said, "I think the reason you're sick�is because of me, so I'm sorry. I asked you for a lot. All I want is just for you to be healthy. You can lose the keys if you want. It's okay if you make mistakes. We'll be able to grow old together if you're not sick. I want to become more like you too."
Jo Jung Chi's touching letter even made the studio panel show tears. Jung In stated, "I can have a complete recovery with continual treatment. From now on, I'll work hard to receive treatment and recover."
