Jo Hye Ryun, a well-known South Korean entertainer, has shared a recent update on comedian Park Mi Sun, who is currently undergoing treatment following an early-stage breast cancer diagnosis.
On the September 9th episode of the YouTube web variety show ‘New Woman’ (신여성) by the Rolling Thunder channel, Jo revealed, “I spoke with Mi Sun unnie on the phone yesterday. Since she has a lot of time now, I think she watched our show. Originally, we were planning to do ‘New Woman’ as a trio with Lee Kyung Shil unnie too.”
Jo continued, “She said she laughed so hard when she saw the part where Kyung Shil unnie collapsed from laughter. We really need to keep sending Mi Sun unnie our energy, so I think we’re doing something really meaningful.”
Park Mi Sun was recently diagnosed with early-stage breast cancer during a health screening and is currently undergoing treatment.
