Looking at this now I think I get it. Looks like he wants to pull a Sean Combs, and Jay-Z "less music, more investments" move. Like make music when he feels like it without pressure (as CEO he was like doing so much work to get other artist on the label put out there, plus his own music on top of that too). This looks like he'll diversify his interests with things like business ventures and entrepreneurial endeavors. After all, he is in his mid-thirties (Jay-z was 34 too when he first started talking musical retirement and pulling away as Roc Nation CEO to do more branding). However, he then went on to put out even more music cause he had more inspiration and time on his hands. Park likely wants to start the wife hunt and/or making babies, and in Korea that would hinder his career, or at the very least slow him significantly down. But if he pulls out as CEO of AOMG and H1GHR Music, he can still promote his branding in areas that require way less physical labor and mental tenacity, which let's him just do music when he's really inspired, plus still have a family life and freedom to rest as needed.
