Shinsegae Department Store has turned one of Seoul’s most iconic shopping districts into a vibrant showcase for BLACKPINK’s latest release.
In celebration of the K‑pop supergroup’s comeback with 'DEADLINE' and its title track “GO,” Shinsegae projected the music video on the main digital billboard at Shinsegae Square in Myeongdong, one of South Korea’s premier retail and cultural hubs.
Shinsegae Square, the massive outdoor digital façade along the Shinsegae Department Store’s main building, has emerged as a cultural landmark in its own right, attracting hundreds of thousands of visitors with immersive video content and large‑scale displays. The site’s expansive screens have become a spotlight location for branded visuals, seasonal art, and now, BLACKPINK’s newest music video.
BLACKPINK's title track "GO" debuted across music platforms worldwide on February 27. As the global K-pop girl group takes the world by storm with their new track, Shinsegae joined in as another catalyst, lighting up the Shinsegae Square screens with scenes from the high‑energy video and bringing the comeback to life against the neon‑lit backdrop of Myeongdong’s shopping streets.
This event adds to the momentum of 'DEADLINE's rollout, which includes a landmark listening session at the National Museum of Korea and a wave of fan enthusiasm, with millions tuning in for “GO” within hours of release.
Meanwhile, BLACKPINK's 'DEADLINE' listening experience is currently taking place at the National Museum of Korea during the museum's operating hours from February 26 to March 8.
BLACKPINK's third mini-album 'DEADLINE' is now out on various music streaming platforms.
