Former Big Bang member and actor T.O.P is making his long-awaited return as a solo singer with his first full-length album in over a decade. The new release marks his first solo single since 2013’s "DOOM DADA."
According to his agency, TOPSPOT PICTURES, the album 'ANOTHER DIMENSION' will be released on April 3 at 6 PM KST across all major online music platforms. The album features 11 tracks, including double title tracks "DESPERADO" and "Studio54," as well as "ZERO-COKE" and "STENDHAL SYNDROME."
The recently released music video for "DESPERADO" captures the raw, direct emotions of love, while Studio54 blends house beats with 1980s hip-hop influences. T.O.P was deeply involved in the album’s production, collaborating with Grammy-winning engineer IRKO, American artist Edward Ruscha, and Chae Kyung Sun, art director of the Netflix original series 'Squid Game.'
Fans have expressed high praise for the new MV, saying it feels cinematic and highlighting T.O.P’s distinctive vocal tone. Many commented that they had been eagerly awaiting his return, and the release has exceeded their expectations.
