On this day, Lee Yi Kyung took the stage after winning the 'AAA Best Choice Award'. He opened his speech by saying, "I sincerely thank the organizers for listening to my voice at the end of 2025 and giving me this award. I also want to convey my gratitude to my agency CEO."
Lee Yi Kyung, who recently stood at the center of controversy due to the spread of rumors regarding his personal life, drew attention by publicly addressing the issue.
He remarked, "Actually, this might be a remark that does not fit a festive occasion, but speaking with confidence, recently it felt like being hit by hail that was not in the weather forecast." He emphasized, "The suspect is sending apologies and pleas for leniency to our company email. I will catch them no matter what."
Furthermore, he indirectly mentioned his forced departure from the MBC program 'Hangout with Yoo' by asking, "Are you watching, 'SNL Korea'? I rest on Thursdays now." 'Hangout with Yoo' is known to film every Thursday. Along with this, he said, "Haha, Joo Woo Jae, I miss you. Thank you," sparking speculation regarding his intentions as he did not mention the name of Yoo Jae Suk.
Meanwhile, 'AAA 2025' was broadcast live via MTN and Weverse, and aired through local platforms in Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and Japan.
