Television personality Jo Se Ho, who has been embroiled in rumors of having ties to organized crime, is once again facing scrutiny as a new photo has surfaced online.
On December 10, crime-tip channel operator A posted a blurred image on Instagram that is presumed to show Jo Se Ho and his wife. Because the faces are obscured, identifying the individuals is difficult.
In the photo, a man and woman sit side by side at a table with alcoholic drinks. The woman, who has long hair, looks directly at the camera while holding a small dog, and the man in a white short-sleeved shirt sits at an angle with one arm resting on the back of his chair.
Although A did not specify who the people were, many netizens believe the pair to be Jo Se Ho and his wife. Earlier, after Jo Se Ho denied having any connection to organized crime, A warned, “There is also a drinking-table photo where he introduced gang members to his wife. If he denies it, I will release it.”
Jo Se Ho’s agency A2Z Entertainment has dismissed the allegations, stating, “Mr. Choi was simply an acquaintance he met at an event. There were no monetary exchanges or gifts of value.” However, A has continued to escalate the dispute, saying there are “additional tips related to gambling-fund laundering,” hinting at further revelations.
Meanwhile, Jo Se Ho recently stepped down from 'You Quiz on the Block' on tvN and '2 Days & 1 Night Season 4' on KBS2. At the time, A commented, “I respect his decision to leave the shows. Since he has shown a responsible attitude, I will keep the materials in my possession and not share them externally.” Despite that statement, A has reignited controversy by posting what appears to be another photo of Jo Se Ho and his wife.
