Baby DONT Cry's Yihyun has just been announced as the new MC of Inkigayo.
On December 3, it was announced that IVE's Leeseo would be stepping down from her position as Inkigayo MC. She held the prestigious role for one year and 7 months, serving her last day on December 7. With Leeseo's bittersweet farewell, fans waited to see who would fill her MC position.
Now, Baby DONT Cry's Yihyun has officially been appointed as the new Inkigayo MC.
Previously, Yihyun served as a special MC for 'Inkigayo' twice, making her first appearance as MC on the show only 3 weeks after Baby DONT Cry's debut. She demonstrated stable hosting skills and quick wit during her previous guest appearances. As a result, expectations are high for the synergy she will create with her new co-MCs, TWS's Shinyu and &TEAM's EJ.
