Former MBC announcer and broadcaster Oh Sang Jin will personally take the stage to congratulate T-ara member and actress Ham Eunjung on her marriage.

According to reports on November 4 KST, Oh Sang Jin will serve as the host of Ham Eunjung and director Kim Byung Woo’s wedding, which will be held on November 30 at a hotel in Seoul. He agreed to take on the role out of loyalty and friendship with Ham Eunjung, whom he previously worked with on the same TV program.

Oh Sang Jin and Ham Eunjung built their connection through JTBC’s educational talk show “Differential Class” (차이나는 클라스). Oh hosted the program when it first aired in 2017, and Ham Eunjung later joined the show as a new cast member in 2023, sharing screen time with him.

A former MBC announcer, Oh Sang Jin became a freelancer in 2013 and has since hosted numerous programs, as well as appeared in dramas such as 'My Love from the Star.' Known for his poised and engaging hosting style, he is expected to lead the wedding ceremony with warmth and charm.

Meanwhile, Ham Eunjung recently shared her marriage news through her agency, Mask Studio, announcing, “I’ve met a precious person with whom I’ve promised to walk the journey of life together this November,” receiving waves of congratulations. The revelation that her fiancé is film director Kim Byung Woo further drew public attention.

On her personal social media, Ham expressed her feelings about the marriage, describing her fiancé as “someone who understands and respects my work more than anyone, and who has quietly stood by my side through difficult times.”

Even after marriage, Ham Eunjung plans to remain active in her career. She recently played Kang Jae-in in KBS2’s daily drama 'The Queen’s House' and is set to make a swift return to television with MBC’s upcoming daily drama 'The First Man.'

Director Kim Byung Woo, the groom-to-be, won the Best New Director Award at the 2013 Blue Dragon Film Awards for his hit film 'The Terror Live'. He went on to direct 'PMC: The Bunker' and 'Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint,' and his upcoming Netflix film 'The Great Flood' is scheduled for release in December.
