NEWBEAT declares eternal bond with fans through official fandom name.
On October 1 at 10:01 AM KST, boy group NEWBEAT announced their official fandom name ‘NEURO’ via the group’s social media channels. Alongside the reveal, the group released a logo image and an identity film to mark the fandom’s official birth.
The name ‘NEURO’ stands for “Never Ending Utopia, Radiant One”, symbolizing fans as a “never-ending utopia” and “radiant existence” for NEWBEAT. The term also conveys the image of a neural network, highlighting fans as companions who walk with NEWBEAT on the path of music while serving as a vital link between the artists and their audience.
Since their debut in March with the full-length album ‘RAW AND RAD’, NEWBEAT has gained attention through their Mnet global debut show and SBS debut fan showcase. The group has continued to expand its presence with appearances on major domestic and international stages, even winning the K World Dream New Vision Award at the 2025 K-World Dream Awards.
By recently opening official fan club recruitment and now announcing their fandom name, NEWBEAT has laid a solid foundation for fandom activities as they gear up for their first comeback.
