Kian84 is set to take on a bold new challenge in a spin-off of MBC’s long-running variety show 'I Live Alone'.
According to entertainment insiders, Kian84 will star in ‘Extreme84’, a new variety program scheduled to premiere in November. The show will follow his journey overseas as he takes on the challenge of running a marathon.
Kian84 has consistently showcased his passion for running through ‘I Live Alone’. In 2020, he completed a 10-hour, 56-kilometer run to the West Sea, drawing attention for his endurance and dedication. Since then, he has participated in several full-course marathons both in Korea and abroad. Most recently, he was seen waking up at 4 a.m. to join singer Sean in a 15-kilometer run along the Han River, once again impressing viewers with his drive.
MBC has been actively expanding the ‘I Live Alone’ universe with a growing franchise of spin-offs. In November 2023, ‘Captain’s Side Dishes’ featured anchors Kim Dae Ho and Lee Jang Woo introducing solo-friendly recipes, earning positive reviews from audiences.
With ‘Extreme84’, viewers can look forward to seeing Kian84’s signature raw honesty and unfiltered charm through the lens of his marathon adventure.
