Three K-pop music acts are set to participate in next year’s Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, drawing global attention from music fans. Alongside boy group Big Bang and SHINee’s Taemin, the girl group KATSEYE, which debuted just over a year ago, will also take the stage, making the lineup even more noteworthy.
On September 16, Coachella officially announced the list of performing artists for the 2026 festival on its website.
KATSEYE will perform on April 11 and 18 in Indio, marking the start of the festival. Taemin will follow with solo performances on April 12 and 19. Big Bang will take the stage on April 13 and 20 to celebrate their 20th anniversary with fans.

The festival will also feature global artists such as Sabrina Carpenter, Justin Bieber, Karol G, Anyma, The xx, and Edison Rey. Japanese artists, including Fujii Kaze and Creepy Nuts, are also part of the lineup.
Founded in 1999, Coachella is held in the desert area of Indio, California, and is the largest music festival in the U.S., drawing over 200,000 attendees annually. With a diverse lineup spanning rock, hip-hop, electronic, and pop, it has consistently attracted worldwide attention.
Big Bang was originally set to appear during the 2020 festival, but was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Now the trio will take the stage in 2026, the same year the group will celebrate their 20th debut anniversary.
