The third hearing in a damages lawsuit filed by a former ADOR employee against former CEO Min Hee Jin has been delayed.
According to TV Daily on August 25, the Seoul Western District Court’s 21st Civil Division postponed the hearing that was originally scheduled for the afternoon of the 25th, moving it to October 13. Min Hee Jin’s legal team reportedly submitted a request earlier this month to reschedule.
The case began in August 2024, when the former employee filed a lawsuit seeking 100 million KRW (~71,972 USD) in damages, alleging defamation and claiming that Min Hee Jin covered up and defended sexual harassment he experienced from ADOR’s then–vice president during his time at the company. Min Hee Jin has firmly denied the allegations, insisting they are baseless.
An attempt at court mediation in January fell through, and during the first and second hearings held in March and May, both sides maintained sharply opposing positions. The third hearing was expected to bring new evidence and rebuttals, but with the latest postponement, the legal dispute is likely to drag on further.
