G-Dragon's ongoing world tour, 'Übermensch', is facing controversy as scalpers in Hong Kong are reportedly selling concert tickets at exorbitant prices, leading to numerous fraud cases.
The tour, which has already seen sold-out shows in cities like Seoul, Tokyo, and Bangkok, is set to continue with a three-day stop in Hong Kong from August 8 to August 10. According to local Hong Kong media, including the Sing Tao Daily, police have received over 30 reports of fraud related to G-Dragon's concerts.
Some VIP tickets were reportedly being sold for as much as 120,000 Hong Kong dollars (approx. $15,300 USD), sparking widespread criticism. The rarity of the concert's tickets have created a ripe environment for fraudulent sellers, leaving fans vulnerable to scams.
