The album’s title track “BIG BANDS”, available in both Korean and Chinese versions, is a dynamic dance track blending vibrant brass, rhythmic percussion, and jazz elements to evoke the grandeur of a big band performance. Featuring an intense groove and chant-style vocals, the lyrics declare WayV’s bold message: “We’ll shake your soul with a sound as powerful as a big band.”
The performance for “BIG BANDS” is set to be equally impactful. The choreography features sweeping, confident movements, particularly during the chorus, where large strides symbolize the group’s commanding presence. On July 8th KST, teaser images and a mood film were released via WayV’s official social media, showing the members as mysterious crew members living ordinary lives while concealing extraordinary powers—conveying a stylish and cool concept that has heightened anticipation among fans.
The 7th mini album 'BIG BANDS' includes a total of six tracks, including both versions of the title track. It will be released on July 18th at 1 PM KST on various music platforms, with physical album sales launching the same day.
