
Since its global Netflix premiere on June 20, 'K-pop Demon Hunters' has been making waves, ascending to the top of the charts all across the world. The animated film claimed the no. 1 spot in 41 countries, including South Korea, the U.S., Japan, and Taiwan.

Tracks such as “Your Idol,” “Golden,” “How It’s Done,” “Soda Pop,” “What It Sounds Like,” “Free,” and “Takedown” are all charting in the top 100, with fans praising the music quality.
In particular, "Takedown" sung by TWICE also gained attention since the film was able to cast one of the biggest K-pop girl groups to sing a special rendition of the track.

Ahn Hyo Seop and Lee Byung Hun had garnered attention early on, even before the film's premiere. However, with the explosive success, Korean netizens looked further into the voices behind each character and were shocked by the big names
In addition to Ahn Hyo Seop and Lee Byun Hun, the cast also includes Arden Cho as Rumi, Ken Jeong as HUNTR/X’s manager Bobby, Daniel Dae Kim as Healer Han, and Kim Yunjin as Celine, forming an impressive lineup of Korean and Korean-American stars.



Behind the scenes, Teddy of 1TYM, now executive producer at THE BLACK LABEL, led the film’s music production. He was joined by a stellar team of producers, including 24, Ido, Dominsuk, Jenna Andrews, Kirk, Lindgren, and Ian Eisendrath.

Adding to the film’s visual dynamism, renowned choreographer LEEJUNG, best known for her standout appearance on 'Street Woman Fighter,' crafted the animated dance sequences, blending K-pop precision with stylized animation.
