Upcoming Korean superhero drama 'Twelve' has unveiled its first main poster, offering a dramatic glimpse into its rich character play and setting the stage for an epic battle between good and evil.
Inspired by the 12 animals of the Eastern zodiac, 'Twelve' follows a group of angels who take on human form to protect the Korean Peninsula from reawakening evil spirits. Long ago, these celestial warriors sacrificed themselves to seal away the forces of darkness behind the gates of hell. But peace is once again threatened as the sealed evil begins to stir.
The newly released poster introduces the compelling confrontation at the heart of the story. At its center stands Tae San (Ma Dong Seok), the tiger angel and powerful leader of the twelve. With an imposing presence and unwavering strength, Tae San commands the viewer’s attention as he stands guard at the gates of hell.
Facing off against him is Ogui (Park Hyungsik), the drama’s dark and charismatic antagonist. Cloaked in menace, Ogui is depicted with vast black wings unfurled in an intimidating display, his cold and cynical gaze hinting at his desire to plunge the world back into chaos.
Joining Tae San in his mission are a diverse cast of angels: Won Seung (Seo In Guk), Mir (Lee Joo Bin), Don Yi (Go Kyu Pil), Gang Ji (Kang Mi-Na), Jwi Dol (Sung Yoo Bin), Mal Sook (Ahn Ji Hye), and Bang Wool (Regina Lei). Overseeing the group is Ma Rok (Sung Dong Il), their seasoned mentor and guardian.
Together, the twelve angels promise a blend of charm, intense action, and layered storytelling. As they live quietly among humans, their true mission remains hidden—until the threat of Ogui forces them to rise again.
With its unique fusion of mythology, fantasy, and dynamic characters, 'Twelve' is already generating buzz. Viewers are eagerly anticipating how this celestial team will fight to save the world once more.
