tripleS member Xinyu is garnering attention for her alleged "political statements" on the private messaging platform fromm.
The idol wrote, "I'm not that strict. I mean, Macao is actually part of China. So is Hong Kong and Taiwan. Why, do you think I'll get a scolding for saying this? Did I say something wrong? If you don't agree with me, don't subscribe to my fromm."
Xinyu, born in Beijing, China, is the 15th member of tripleS and is a part of the tripleS units LOVElution and Visionary Vision. Her group also includes member Nien, whose possesses dual Taiwanese/Vietnamese citizenship.
Korean netizens reacted to the tripleS member's comments with responses like,
