BE:LIFT LAB, the agency behind ENHYPEN and ILLIT, has launched a global search for the next generation of K-pop stars through a new boy group audition project.
On July 11, BE:LIFT LAB announced its latest audition program, ‘2025 BE:LIFT LAB BOY GROUP AUDITION: ON THE WAY’, via its official social media channels, along with a promotional poster.

What sets this audition apart is its unique approach: instead of hosting auditions in select cities, BE:LIFT LAB will personally visit candidates who pass the first round of online screening for second-round, in-person evaluations. This strategy aligns with the campaign’s slogan: “No matter where you are.” The message highlights BE:LIFT LAB’s commitment to discovering raw K-pop talent across the globe.
The audition is open to boys born between 2007 and 2014, regardless of nationality. Applicants can showcase their talent in vocals, rap, dance, or music production. The first round of online submissions opened at 6 PM KST on July 11 and will continue through December 31, 2025, via the official audition website.
BE:LIFT LAB has been at the forefront of global K-pop expansion by creating idol groups geared toward international audiences. In 2024, ENHYPEN sold over 5.45 million albums and became the fastest foreign act to headline a stadium in Japan, achieving the milestone in just 4 years and 7 months after debut. Meanwhile, ILLIT made a historic debut by becoming the first K-pop group to enter both the ‘Billboard Hot 100’ and the UK’s ‘Official Singles Top 100’ with their debut single. All three of their albums have also charted on the ‘Billboard 200’, solidifying their global success.
