According to their agency Brand New Music, vocal duo As One will release their new song "Happy Birthday" on various music platforms on June 2.
"Happy Birthday" is a remake of the track originally featured on Verbal Jint’s 2012 full-length album "10 Years of Misinterpretations Part 1", where the original version also featured As One. This time, the duo breathes new life into the song with their signature emotional style, offering a completely reinterpreted version.
The remake is expected to deliver a warm and cozy atmosphere—like a sweet slice of birthday cake—as Lee Min and Crystal’s clear and delicate vocals blend seamlessly with a gentle, soft beat.
Ahead of the release, As One shared an online cover image via their official social media channels on May 28, teasing the new single and building anticipation. The image featured two girls holding a cake and gifts, sparking fans' curiosity about the concept.
Additionally, two teaser videos featuring Lee Min and Crystal appearing to celebrate someone’s birthday—along with a snippet of the track—were also released, further raising excitement for the remake.
