
Mnet's upcoming boy group survival program 'Boys II Planet' has unveiled its first 6 contestants, building up the hype before its 'Signal Song Showcase' coming up next week.
On June 7 KST, 'Boys II Planet' dropped a series of 6 visual posters featuring the program's first 6 contestants. Notably, one contestant instantly garnered attention among K-Pop fans for his familiarity - VERIVERY's Kangmin.
Meanwhile, 'Boys II Planet' is set to kick off its fierce global competition once again next month. At first, the program will proceed in 2-parts as 'Boys II Planet K' and 'Boys II Planet C', with 'K' (featuring Korean trainees) premiering on July 17 and 'C' (featuring Chinese/global trainees) premiering on July 18. A total of 160 contestants will compete for the chance to debut in the next global superstar boy group.
Next week on June 12 at 6 PM KST, fans can tune into the program's 'Signal Song Showcase' via YouTube and TikTok, where you'll meet all 160 contestants for the first time on stage.
