On June 13, G-Dragon will unveil a new version of his highball drink featuring his original artwork at the 'PEACEMINUSONE Premium Highball Launch Party' titled "The Signal," held at the Grand Hyatt Seoul. The event will introduce the third product in the PEACEMINUSONE highball collection, following the Black Highball released on April 9 and the Red Highball launched on May 27.
As part of this launch, G-Dragon is donating 880 million KRW (approximately $635,000) to the JUSPEACE Foundation, where he serves as honorary director. The amount reflects the symbolic meaning of the number eight, representing infinity, and will be used to support continued treatment for youth alcohol addiction.
The latest highball features G-Dragon’s own reinterpretation of the brand’s iconic daisy symbol. The artwork presents the daisy in various styles, colors, and textures, expressing the idea that it is perfectly okay to be imperfect. The piece also communicates a sense of transcendental solidarity, showing that everyone lives with their own forms of incompleteness.
The Black, Red, and Art highballs together form a narrative from PEACEMINUSONE, which imagines these drinks as messages from the galaxy sent to replenish what Earth is lacking. The story focuses on restoring peace, emotional connection, and coexistence.
G-Dragon shared his hope that the global fandom created through the PEACEMINUSONE highball series will continue to inspire joyful and meaningful cultural movements around the world. He emphasized that this donation, regardless of its size, marks the beginning of a culture where everyone can take part and contribute in their own way.
Choi Yong Ho, CEO of Galaxy Corporation and chairman of the JUSPEACE Foundation, stated that the sustainable culture and donation movement that began with the PEACEMINUSONE highball is only the beginning. He promised that they will continue to address each missing piece on Earth through extraordinary cosmic storytelling and innovative AI entertainment technology.
