Kang Hyung Wook is making his return to television with a new dog-themed reality show, a year after facing abuse-of-power allegations.
Channel A announced it will premiere the new pet reality variety show 'Time Between Dog and Wolf' this August. The program will explore problematic behavior in dogs and dig into the root causes, often stemming from the owner's environment or behavior.
Kang Hyung Wook will personally visit households, assess the owners' attitudes and living conditions, and offer practical solutions to improve harmony between humans and their canine companions.

This marks his first variety show appearance in a year. In May last year, Kang Hyung Wook was embroiled in controversy after former employees of his company, Bodeum Company, filed a legal complaint accusing him and his wife of unauthorized access to internal messaging systems.
The case was ultimately dropped. In February, the Gyeonggi Northern Provincial Police’s cyber investigation unit dismissed the charges, concluding there was no violation of the Information and Communications Network Act.
Still, the allegations alone caused significant damage to Kang Hyung Wook's career. He stepped down from his regular role on KBS2’s 'Dogs Are Incredible' and halted his YouTube activities.
