NCT’s Mark has successfully concluded his first solo showcase tour in Japan.
From May 15th to 19th KST, Mark held his debut solo showcase, 'The Firstfruit SHOWCASE LIVE in JAPAN', with stops in Yokohama, Nagoya, and Osaka. All three shows were sold out during the ticketing period held from April 19th to 22nd, proving his immense ticket power.
The tour finale took place in Nagoya, where Mark performed tracks from his first solo album 'The Firstfruit', including "Righteous", "Raincouver", and "Too Much".
The highlight of the concert was his performance of the title track "1999", which was met with passionate singalongs from fans. For the encore, Mark returned to the stage and united with the audience in a heartfelt group performance.
He also shared his reflections on his first solo activities: “It feels like I’m growing ‘The Firstfruit’ well together with Czennie (fanclub name). Every look and expression from the fans gave me strength,” he said.
He added, “Your endless cheering and singalongs deeply moved me. I promise to keep bringing you great music and amazing performances. I hope we can be together for a long time.”
Meanwhile, Mark will continue meeting fans through NCT 127’s activities. On May 21–22, he will perform with the group at Tokyo Dome for the grand finale of their fourth world tour, 'NEO CITY – THE MOMENTUM'.
