Actress Lee Jung Eun gave her alma mater juniors a generous treat on the May 13th KST episode of SBS variety show 'Whenever Possible'.
On this episode, Lee Jung Eun and fellow actor Ryu Deok Hwan appeared as “gap-time friends” and roamed around Wangsimni in search of hidden spots.
Lee Jung Eun shared that she attended Hanyang Girls’ High School (currently Hanyang University College of Education Affiliated High School) and Hanyang University, adding, “I grew up in the Wangsimni area as well.” Dubbed the “Daughter of Hanyang,” she captured attention as she returned to her alma mater during the episode.
To celebrate completing her mission, Lee Jung Eun visited a restaurant recommended by her juniors and generously picked up the tab. When she encountered Hanyang University students at the restaurant, she exclaimed, “Put it all on me!” sounding the so-called “Golden Bell.”
She added with a laugh, “This is why I earn money!” and “This is my territory!” earning laughter from the cast and crew.
Meanwhile, SBS’s Whenever Possible is a variety program that delivers lucky surprises during brief gaps in everyday life. It airs every Tuesday at 9 p.m. KST.
