On May 28, K.Wills YouTube channel Hyungsoo is K.Will released a video titled “K.Will’s Solo Trip, Which is Followed by Issues When Going Abroad,” highlighting an unexpected and frustrating experience the singer encountered during his travels in Europe.
In the video, K.Will was preparing to fly to Germany from a European airport when he was informed by a staff member that he had not completed online check-in. The employee explained that the check-in would have been free online, but the service had already closed. As a result, K.Will was required to pay €55 (about $63.36) on the spot.
Surprised by the situation, K.Will realized he had missed the advance notice regarding the deadline. The fee, equivalent to approximately 87,000 KRW (about $63.36), seemed excessive for a basic check-in service.
After paying the fee, he headed to the customer service desk for further clarification. However, the consultation did not go smoothly. The staff member refused to make eye contact and continued chatting with a colleague instead. Eventually, the representative even left the desk, leaving K.Will waiting.
After five minutes, he finally had a chance to speak with the representative, but the explanation remained unchanged. The agent simply repeated that a fee is charged for check-in at the airport. Feeling frustrated and confused, K.Will commented that the whole situation felt suspicious as he continued his journey to Germany.
This is not the first time K.Will has faced travel-related troubles. He previously shared an incident involving a “ghost ticket” after purchasing a flight through a travel platform, only to find the ticket had disappeared after payment.
