Actress and singer Hyeri recently expressed playful jealousy over the success of Park Bo Gum's drama 'When Life Gives You Tangerines,' showing off their cheerful chemistry and close friendship.
On May 30, Hyeri uploaded a new video titled "Good Boy: Already Crazy Good Chemistry" to her YouTube channel. The video featured Park Bo Gum and actress Kim So Hyun as guests, where the trio engaged in a relaxed and candid conversation.
During the video, Park Bo Gum shared that he had recently watched 'Friendly Rivalry,' the drama led by Hyeri. "You were incredible. I was really impressed," he said, praising her performance. Hyeri responded with a mock pout, saying, "We finally made it onto Netflix, but 'When Life Gives You Tangerines' just kept holding the number one spot."
Despite her teasing, Hyeri went on to genuinely compliment Park Bo Gum's work. "But honestly, 'When Life Gives You Tangerines' is one of those shows that really lingers. I think it will remain one of the most memorable works in your filmography," she said.
Park Bo Gum responded with humility. "I'm proud and thankful to have been a part of it. Thank you for remembering me as Gwan Sik. As an actor, being remembered through a character is truly meaningful. I hoped the story would bring warmth to people, and I’m glad it was received that way."
The friendly banter between Hyeri and Park Bo Gum delighted viewers, further highlighting the strong bond and mutual respect between the two stars.
