aespa has successfully completed their first fan meeting in Japan, drawing explosive reactions from local fans.
On May 24 and 25, the group held 'MY-J presents aespa JAPAN FANMEETING 2025 ‘To MY WORLD’ ' at Pia Arena MM in Yokohama, where they spent a memorable time connecting with their Japanese fanbase.
The event reached its peak when aespa surprised fans by announcing their third arena tour, set to kick off on October 4 in Fukuoka. The tour will continue through Tokyo, Aichi, and Osaka, with a total of 10 performances across 4 cities.
aespa opened the show with a dynamic stage performance of their first Japanese digital single 'ZOOM ZOOM', followed by their 2024 smash hits 'Supernova' and 'Whiplash', as well as their Japanese debut single 'Hot Mess'. Their powerful stage presence and flawless choreography captivated the audience.
During the talk and game segment, the members split into two teams and toured the venue in moving carts, getting up close with fans. They actively participated in games and spoke in Japanese, which was met with enthusiastic cheers and heartfelt support, creating a warm and joyful atmosphere.
aespa's popularity in Japan continues to soar. The group recently claimed two wins at the 39th Japan Gold Disc Awards, made history as the first female artist to win four awards at MTV’s Video Music Awards Japan (VMAJ), and most recently took home the “Best Song Asia” title at the Music Awards Japan—further proving their growing influence in the Japanese market.
